When it’s time to consider new heating or air conditioning equipment, we have the expertise to help you determine the best solution for your home and family or business.
For a home solution, we’ll visit your location, discuss your family’s needs, and suggest some options that would provide you the best heating or cooling service (and at the best price). We explain and discuss the options with you. A written proposal is left with you to review. (This is a no-cost or obligation visit.)
Services such as filter changes, precision tune-ups, routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements can be provided upon request.
When you choose to work with us, trust that we will provide you honest information, a fair price, and professional installation. You can feel comfortable working with us.
As members of the Better Business Bureau of Missouri we have an excellent track record with past clients.
An Excellent Time for a new Furnace, Air Conditioner or Heat Pump
The purchase of a new furnace, air conditioner or heat pump is a large investment…but in many ways, there’s never been a better time to buy one. Equipment is more efficient than ever, costing less to operate, and there are a number of rebates that can significantly offset the initial investment.
Count on us to help you maximize any and all rebates to keep your out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible. We keep up to date on what’s being offered by the utilities, the federal government, and the manufacturers.
One program many of our customers have taken advantage of is the KCP&L Cool Homes rebate program. It helps KCP&L customers maintain the operating efficiency of their central air conditioning systems as well as offsets the cost of upgrading to a new high-efficiency system. The program helps people save energy and reduce cooling costs while staying comfortable during our hot summers.
We participate in a program that allows us to offer instant rebates of up to $850 toward the purchase of a new energy-efficient air conditioner or heat pump.
MIssouri Gas Energy’s Energy Sense Program offers rebates on more efficient central heating systems that will save you money in the long run.
Federal Tax Credits
President Obama’s Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 is good news. This law extends the tax credits for energy efficiency into 2011, BUT at lower levels. The levels revert back to those in effect in 2006 and 2007, which were 10% of the cost of the improvement, up to $500.
• Furnace and boilers are capped at $150
(all furnaces and boilers must meet 95 AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) rating.
• $300 for air conditioners, air source heat pumps, water heaters, and biomass stoves
• $500 lifetime limit.
We have several financing options available with approved credit when considering your payment options for your new equipment. Wells Fargo and G.E. Money are two companies we work with who have programs designed specifically for the purchase of HVAC equipment. Ask us more about it.
